Return & Exchange Policy – Ammli Prints Jaipur

We want you to love your purchase from Ammli Prints Jaipur. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Return / Exchange

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags & packaging intact.
  • Product should be returned in the same condition as received (no stains, no damage).

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Size exchange (S/M/L/XL/XXL) is allowed, subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange is allowed only once per order.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Exchange Items

  • Discounted / Sale items
  • Wholesale orders
  • Customized or stitched products (if applicable)
  • Items returned used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

⚠️ Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Share clear photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp.
  • After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

🚚 Return Pickup & Shipping

  • Return pickup is not free.
  • Customers can choose either option:
    1️    ⃣ Self-Ship: You can courier the product to our return address.
    2️    ⃣ Chargeable Pickup (If Available): We can arrange a pickup on your behalf. Pickup charges will be deducted from your refund or paid in advance.
  • Pickup service is subject to serviceability in your area.
  • If pickup is not available, the customer must self-ship the product.
  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged/incorrect product from our side.

💰 Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after quality check of the returned item.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method.
  • Timeline: 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the product.
  • (COD in future, if applicable): refund via UPI/Bank Transfer.
